The Big Green Picnic is being held in County Hall car park in Newport.
The Island bus operator is Southern Vectis. Go to www.islandbuses.info for a handy interactive bus guide. Newport is served by a number of routes from all the major towns on the Isle of Wight.
The county hall car park is a short walk from the main bus station. Simply turn right out of the bus station and walk past Morrisons and towards the Cinema. When you reach the mini roundabout near the cinema follow the road round to the left heading towards County Hall. From here you will see the Big Green Picnic.
Southern Vectis will be offering discounted travel to and from the event. It will only cost £2 for a return journey from anywhere on the Island.
